NOTICE BOARD

FOR THE ATTENTION OF COACHEES & PARENTS


1. Coachees are expected to report for coaching for the morning /evening sessions as the case may be at the following hours:

a. Morning session from 6.15 AM to 7.45 AM
b. Evening session from 4.00 PM to 6.30 PM

PUNCTUALITY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED

Coachees are instructed to leave the club premises immediately after the coaching sessions.

2. Tennis coaching is not restricted to only when the sun shines. Coachees
will have to report for coaching even on wet days when coaches will
engage them in other physical activities.

3. On Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, coachees are encouraged to play sets at the club courts between 10.00 AM and 3.00 PM.

4. Use of mobile phones by coachees on the practice courts during coaching hours is strictly prohibited.

5. Parents of coachees are requested not to interfere with the coaching system and not to advise the coaches on methods of coaching or related matters. Any suggestions or complaints of the coaching protocol shall be addressed to the Member-in-Charge (Tennis) who will be available either personally or over the phone. The cooperation of parents will be greatly appreciated.

NORMS FOR THE ADMISSION AS A PLAYING MEMBER



1. On registration for admission as a tennis playing member, the committee shall ascertain whether or not the applicant plays tennis on a regular basis.

2. In the above context, it would be appropriate that the applicant enroll as a morning member with the club and play on the allotted courts for a period of 6 months so as the regular members of the club will be aware that the applicant is in the know of the game of tennis.

3. When the applicant is called to play to assess his game for admission as a member as per priority list, the applicant shall be given two specific days and time to play on Court No 1.

4. The tennis sub committee after assessing the applicant’s standard of game shall give the decision in writing to the Executive Committee for further action in this regard.
